Return Policy

The customer has 48 hours to check the integrity and content of the parcel. After 48 hours, we will consider the customer has fully accepted the parcel: no claim for damage or failures with the shipment will then be accepted.

Each claim must be sent with pictures, whether it is for transport damage or if the product itself is damaged.

In case you receive a package damaged by transport, we advise you to contact us within 24 hours to be able to manage the incident with the transport company.

The Area does not support returns due to personal preference after unpacking and use.
Incense sticks are handmade with natural plant adhesive powder. Breakage during transportation is a normal occurrence and does not constitute a quality issue. If severely damaged, please contact support@theareastore.com with relevant pictures.Please give us an opportunity to serve you better! Our ultimate goal is to be sure you are 100% satisfied. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
